Vanguard Voices & Brass Spring Concert

Join Vanguard Voices & Brass for “Psalms Alive!”—channeling imagery and emotion of four poetic psalms from the Abrahamic religious texts known as the Old Testament. Dearborn native Steven Errante composed three of these works, including Sing to the Lord a New Song, which was commissioned as the first composition in the Vanguard Premieres program. The Thursday evening program also features Dan Forrest’s major work Jubilate Deo, an exuberant 21st- century 7-movement, 7-language setting of the Psalm 100 text, “O be joyful in the Lord, all ye lands”!

Ticket prices are $19 general admission; $10 for students. (Additional $2 fee per ticket for online orders)
