Anime and Comic Camp
“Anime and Comic Camp,” July 13-17, is perfect for anime fans, ages 11-14, who love to draw, design and build. Campers will create a short comic storyboard, and then using their character sketches as inspiration, design and build a wearable cardboard mask. This camp meets from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Kosch Activity Center at the Ford Community & Performing Arts Center. Instructor: Matthew Thorton. Cost: $275 for Dearborn residents and $300 for non-residents, which includes all materials. Participants should pack a lunch.
