Dear Evan Hansen

Thespians, singers and dancers, ages 14-24, are invited to audition for Dearborn Civic Theatre’s production of the popular musical, “Dear Evan Hansen.
Auditions will be held at the Ford Community & Performing Arts Center Wednesday, October 7, from 6-9 p.m. Call-backs will be Thursday, October 8, following day from 6-8:30 p.m.
Auditions for the roles of Heidi Hansen, Cynthia Murphy, and Larry Murphy are restricted to performers aged 18 and over.
Registration is required prior to audition, although payment is not required until roles have been awarded.
Rehearsals get underway in mid-October and performances in the Michael A. Guido Theater are January 22-24, 2027.
“Dear Evan Hansen,” a deeply personal and profoundly contemporary musical about life and the way we live it, won six Tony Awards at the 71st Annual Ceremony.
Registration opens September 18 and closes September 25.
