What are the box office hours?
Thursday and Friday 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. and two hours prior to all ticketed performances.
What is your Refund Policy?
Tickets purchased for any event are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
What is the bag policy?
We don’t have a specific bag policy, however, large bags may be subject to search.
What time do doors open?
Doors usually open 30 minutes prior to the performance.
Do I need my ticket on my phone?
No. We scan all tickets, whether you show them on your phone or bring a paper copy.
Can I use cash inside the venue?
Yes
Can I smoke in the venue?
Smoking is not allowed indoors. Smoking is allowed in designated outdoor areas.
Is the venue for all ages?
Yes. Some shows may not be appropriate for minors, and we indicate that in the show description.
Is food available at the venue?
Yes. There is a cafe on site.
Do you allow service animals at concerts?
Yes.
Do you have elevators inside your venue?
Yes.
Are food and drinks allowed in the venue?

I have a visual or hearing impairment. Who should I contact?

I lost an item at a concert, who can I contact to see if my item was found?

I would like to volunteer as an usher. How do I apply?
We always have opportunities for volunteer Ushers. Contact the box office.
Is there a coat check?
No.
Is there an ATM?
Yes.
Once I am inside the building for an event, am I allowed to leave and reenter?
Yes.
What is your photo-taking policy for concerts?
Photos may be taken at most concerts, however, flashes are prohibited. Some shows prohibit recording and photographs and in this case, signage will be posted.
What items are prohibited in the venue?
Weapons, noise makers, confetti, and balloons.
What do I do if I arrive late?
Late seating is allowed during appropriate times in the performance, as judged by the House Manager or an usher.
Do you have ADA seating?
Yes. We have multiple options of ADA seating, as the Box Office staff will explain.
Where is your ADA restroom located?
First, second and third floors.
